Neoboard Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or accessing any Neoboard product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or purchase our products. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users.

2. Products & Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes.
  • Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions and reserve the right to correct them at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Neoboard is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Product Use & Safety

  • Neoboard LED drawing boards are intended for personal, creative, and educational use only.
  • Do not expose the product to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age due to small components.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the product. Doing so will void any applicable warranty and may create safety hazards.
  • Neoboard is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of the product.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Neoboard products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what is expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not warrant that the product will meet every specific use case or expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neoboard and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products — including but not limited to loss of data, property damage, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

All content associated with Neoboard — including logos, product names, designs, images, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of Neoboard and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
