Neoboard Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Neoboard. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your Neoboard must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition — unused or minimally used
  • Free from physical damage, scratches, or modifications
  • Includes all original accessories, cables, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Products with damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Items missing original components or packaging
  • Purchases marked as Final Sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Securely pack your Neoboard in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the item is received damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Neoboard arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [neoboardsupport@gmail.com] with photos of the damage. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
